D Becker - I'm going through the same thing with tryin to get my rebate on my sidekick. tmo has been very helpful with the info. I had to supspend my second line for the rebate to go through. Rebates apply as long as a line of service is not terminated as a result of a purchase throught amazon. My rebate is being submitted this weekend and takes 10 weeks to arrive. I couldn't send the rebate in until the second bill arrived showing payment for the first month of service.
