That's certainly exciting news! It's irked me for years that TMO stores our statements as PDFs, but we don't have access to them. I've always thought that if an internal user can download my PDFs, I should be able to as well! Plus, TMO seems to take far longer than most companies to actually distribute the paper bills. Hopefully this will help resolve that issue.
