I've had it since the beginning of the year and rate it very highly. It has all the essentials: speakerphone, bluetooth, decent camera, and opens to reveal a qwerty keyboard. If you email or IM a lot, its great. I picked it over a sidekick because I wanted a smaller form factor.
If functions like a normal phone when closed. When open, it is a speakerphone. You can also use an ear bud or bluetooth headset with it. Its my first bluetooth phone and I won't ever go back to a non- bluetooth headset.
