I would imagine it could take a month or so for those calls to show.

Calls will be deducted from your allowance (national plan) when calls
are reported to T-Mobile so that's the time that the roaming company
takes to send billing to T-Mobile.  Minutes will be deducted as soon as
it hits T-Mobile's billing system though you may get a report that you
have paid $ on such a day and that extra charges such as roaming,
directory assistance, etc. are not included but will show at a later
date.  The amount $$ may be noted.
