T-Mobile has a 50% interest in Iowa Wireless Holdings Corporation, which owns a bunch of licenses in the midwest, listed here: http://americanroamer.com/rca/memberlist_ia.html You can look at maps of the BTAs here: http://wireless.fcc.gov/auctions/default.htm?job=maps It's not a geographic split.
