T-Mobile has a 50% interest in  Iowa Wireless Holdings Corporation, 
which owns a bunch of licenses in the midwest, listed here:

It's not a geographic split.  Iowa Wireless markets the network ans 
maintains it in that area, T-Mobile retains an ownerhip interest but 
it's considered roaming for TM users.
