According to the agreement I read, the "T-Mobile-To-Go Dollars" expire at the expiration date indicated at which point they are reset to zero "dollars." If, after a period of 90 days your "dollars" remain at zero, then your account is closed. The telephone number is returned to the unused pool and the only way to re-activate is to buy a new activation code which I cannot figure out how to get any other way except buying a new SIM card on eBay. The 90 days seems to be a very long grace period if you ask me. There does not seem to be a way to keep your phone number past the 90 days because when you get a new activation code it assigns you a new phone number and asks if you want to LNP another number (but you cannot LNP your old T-Mo-to-Go number since that account had expired already).
