The former PTEL territory has not been converted yet. A bit off-topic but related to the VM conversion. Denver and El Paso were completed back in May. It is believed that NY is next and a possible conversion start date during the week of June 13 has been mentioned on Howard Forums. It is also believed that NY will be converted over a number of weeks (not just one evening) to load balance the network and eliminate "all circuits are busy" messages that all the markets who have been cutover have experienced so far.
