You can set conditional divert/forward, but it's a one time go. There
used to be "500" service that would try you at several different places
in a prescribed order e.g. trying your office first and if after so
many seconds/rings it would then try another location which you had set
up including your mobile. Of course you could have a divert set up for
divert/forward if no answer on your mobile and it will divert to
whichever number you designate. Also conditional forwarding would be
useful for you if you set your phone to divert when you cannot be
reached e.g. your phone is out of reception area, you cannot answer the
phone or it is busy. Any of the diverts can have a "timeout" added,
but if you're out of reach you really don't need a delay set.

Doing a cursory search of "follow me phone service" this is one of the
hits: http://www.ringcentral.com/services/followme.asp
