Where did you hear that? I know it is due out from Moto in early 2006, but hadn't heard anything about carriers. It would seem totally out of character for Tmo to be the first to have ANY type of a high end phone - especially one everyone will want. It looks like the 6515 will be carried by Cingular this week or next.
