My husband sent me this post from another newsgroup I thought you guys would enjoy reading (we RV) YIKES! For the last year, we have been satisified users of T-Mobile's celluar modem $29.95 a month, unlimited data plan. That was until this week. We just returned from traveling almost two months in Canada. And what was waiting for us almost gave me a heart attack. When I signed up for the program, I specifically asked about coverage in Canada and was told that it would automatically hook up to Rogers ATT - which it did. We were also told that the coverage was included in our package - WHICH IT WASN'T. The T-Mobile bill was for $3,280.00 for seven weeks of roaming with a 40K Internet connection. We're speechless!!! We are now waiting to hear the results of our official complaint to their management. I am so mad at these people that I become irrational when I think about it.
