Not sure if anyone would actually know this. But here goes... We are long time Family plan users, three lines. We originally had the original $69 family plan with 800 minutes for a long time but we are actually very light users and even with three lines RARELY exceeded 200 minutes. So a few months back I downgraded to the $49 plan that had 400 minutes. THAT plan is now gone with the bottom plan being $59. Essentially TMo lowered the price of adding a line, but upped the prices of the bottom level plan.
Anyway, I am now curious if adding a line to old plans is done under the new pricing of $7.99 or if it is added under the old $9.99 price. For whatever it is worth, our third line is still billed at $9.99, so clearly that was grandfathered along wih the old plan. I wonder if I can get the $9.99 line lowered? I am guessing I can't unless I changed to a current plan, which would add $10 to my base plan and wipe out the two dollar savings getting the 3rd line lowered. Anyway, I was just curious if anyone has called them and asked or actually added lines to older plan and how TMo is handling that. Patrick ------------------------ Yahoo!
