Doenst make any difference where it routes through.. It is a system number... TMobile (and other Dobson companies) are or were out of washington state...
Even if you are on a regional plan in say Florida, system numbers are free calls... 206 # is merely system gateway.. just like the codes used thru Tzones et al... The 805 Message numebr for voicemail is also system number... and is the only correct # in teh voicemail system... old numbers are unreliable and will eventually be locked out.. as of last I knew before October, about 90% of local voicemail numbers were released back to numebr pools... Only number should be usinbg is 805 message...
