In the past there have been temporary glitches in phone to email, but I've not encountered any problem in the last few months. Are you sending email the right way? If your phone doesn't have a special setting to send SMS email you must use regular email and put the address on the first line e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED] (space) message. Generally I've found that subject no matter what you use doesn't show on the subject line.
