FT Unlimited SMS Text Messages --You have the unlimited messaging on your Family Time account (FT=Family Time) You have 1000 whenever minutes to use between all lines on your account. One can use 800, one 100, and two more 50 each (or however many lines you have), as long as the total is 1000 or less you will have no overages. T-Mobile to T-Mobile means you can call any other T-Mo customer, whether they live in your city or not, free. Use them or lose them means just that, your minutes do not "bank", if you don't use the 1000 each month, you don't get to "save" them or anything. The person who sold you your phone should have told you everything your plan includes, sad to see they did not :-(
