1) FT likely means "Family Time". Did you sign up for a messaging plan?
2) Family plans have SHARED minutes, so the 1000 minutes is to be shared by all phones on the plan. It doesn't matter how you use them up, so one phone can use 999 minutes and the other 1 minute. 3) Yes, with Family plans you can call other TMo accounts without using any of the 1000 shared minutes. Non family plans usually have to buy this as an option. 4) Not sure on this one. I have those on my account as well and not sure where they apply. I tend to never get close to the 700 minutes I have on our plan, and that's with 4 lines, so I never really cared what the extra minutes might be used for.
