If you had an empty account and added $100 you'd be gold rewards and  
you'd automatically have one year expiration.  With the $100 refill  
you'll always get 10 cents or better rate per minuted.

I'm not sure cheapphonecards works that way.  TracFone can be a good  
deal if you "Amway" it i.e. constantly make referrals your rate gets  
cheaper, but their regular rates are no  bargains.  On the other hand  
the "Net10" service which has the same parent organization (América  
Móvil) has a good rate of ten cents per minute.
