Mark, it seems the problem stems from your On-Line Registration at My
T-Mobile.com, the phone shouldn't be the problem • Since you've
already received the pic., it's as easy as Saving to My Album (BTW,
you are charged the 25¢ Pic Msg Rate, unless you have a Bucket) •
Contact Customer Service (1-800-T-MOBILE) so they can reset your "My
T-Mobile" password • Then try re-registering • You may also find the
info under "Support" at T-Mobile.com helpful • Good Luck :o)
