Occasionally you'll see a promotion as was a couple months ago where for $100 purchase in refill time you'd get a new phone like the Nokia 6030 with no rebate necessary. Then again for always discounted airtime cards if you go to http:// cheapphonecards.com/ you'll *always* get a 3% discount on price and if you know the additional discount code word you'll get another 5% discount (combination of 8% discount.
