You may want to take a peek at this thread from blackberryforums.com.
Towards the end it mentions your 373 error.  I would suggest trying to
upgrade your firmware (if not already at the latest) or wiping it clean and
re-installing but it appears that may not be the fix as the thread seems to
be pointing to corruption.  You may want to try contacting RIM as opposed to
T-Mobile.
