Ahh Thank you.  It was listed under Netherland Antilles.

My parents will be there next month.  They don't travel much, so I am doing the 
research for them. 

They have Nokia 6101's and it looks like the roaming is 900mhz so I will have 
to let them borrow my Nokia 6010.
