I'm from Findlay Ohio (northern part Detroit Mi market) I called t-mobile tech
support at about 2:30 sunday afternoon for the same issue. I was told that all
picture messaging(MMS messaging) was down across the whole US. However as of
about 3:45 pm that same day May 7 all MMS was working. Hope this helps!!!,___
