Hi, This one is worth the Mention. I was looking to upgrade Phones on my two Family lines. I am only 11 Months into my 24 Months contract. So I knew not to expect the price New Subscribers get. However I wanted to try my luck anyway.
So Last Week, I called up Customer service on the topic. It was actually pretty Late in the Evening. But the CSR I met was really great. He actually got me the Motorola RAZR v3i and Nokia 6133 for a total Sum of $0. On Top of this, he actually added 100 minutes on my Current Plan without changing the plan. So I still pay the same $49.99 Per month. But I now get 100 Minutes extra each Month. That in my Book is outstanding customer Service. That tells me that T-Mobile wants to go out of its way to keep me. Just thought of sharing my $0.02 Thanks for listening.
