AFAIK all of the T-Mobile networks now have NITZ (Network Initiated
Time Zone) the automatic doohickey that will automatically adjust
time and date. Arizona didn't for a long time, but they do have it
now. This is of course only for those handsets that have that
capability which most do now. NITZ is definitely on west coast
networks and IIRC when I was in DC it automatically updated time and
date when I powered the phone on when I arrived at Ray Gun National.
