I *think* the way it works if you don't answer or do anything else,
the call is not billed at all. However I believe if you DENY the call
on your phone (*not to be confused with silencing the ring but then
hitting IGNORE or whatever it is your phone prompts you with to ignore
and send straight to voice mail) then you are actively forwarding the
call and it becomes a one minute charge on your bill.

But again, I am not absolutely positive of that. Test it by calling
your own cell phone. Let the first one go to voice mail normally. Then
the second one DENY it to voice mail then see if one or the other
shows up on your bill.
