On the SK LX you have to change to the new SOC that has MMS with it. If you don't have it then you will be charged 15 cents per MMS message. The older SK's didn't have MMS capabilities, but the LX and I believe the upcoming SK Slide have MMS. So if you are unsure contact 611 or 1-800-937-8997 and talk to a Customer Care rep. They will be able to point you in the right direction. As well trained as Sales Reps are they tend to not know all the specifics about all of the devices. I am a Sales Rep for T-Mobile and I had no sales experience going into that job, but one thing that has helped me be successful is my knowledge of the products and services. I am the one everyone in my store comes to when they have a phone or data device question or issue. I am usually not that active on here, but I am gonna try to start being more active to answer and help in anyway I can.
