?I moved and now have very poor T-Mo coverage. So I have to switch to another provider. My contract will be up on my main phone but Im confused on exactly what day to switch. I was told my contract ended Dec 14 but when I talked to a rep last night she said Dec 1 which is the last day of my billing cycle. My question is this when day should I port my number if I go with Verizon for example (best signal in my sub) do they port the same day? I wouldnt want to port a day too soon and be charged a cancellation fee!
Second question I also have an HTC Touch Pro 2 cant get a strong signal but I can get online with my wifi at home. I never use the thing. I bought it for RVing but we have not traveled much so it is just sitting there. Unfortunately I have another year on that contract. I have it with unlimited data/300 text messages/no voice for $30 a month. Is there anyway I could transfer the contract to someone or do you think I could sell it to cover my early termination fee? Is it still considered a good phone? Any advice appreciated!
