Thank you. I did as you instructed and called *8646 and TMo told me a call from Nassau would cost $3.49 a minute and a text $ .50. They also are emailing me an unlock code so I could buy a sim if I wanted to. Appreciate your response and Andy’s response. DonnaB

DonnaB As long as you've been adding the minimum amount to keep the account alive you should be OK. You can take the SIM and use it in any other T-Mobile device or you can use it in any device that is "unlocked." I wouldn't necessarily think it won't work. T-Mobile prepaid has opened many other countries besides just Canada and Mexico to roam. It's not cheap and if you've got an unlocked device it's much better to get a local prepaid SIM card. As for whether it will work in Nassau it might be worth it to call *8646 and ask a rep whether there's roaming in Nassau.
