The price on the Google Nexus 4 has recently gone down to $199 (unlocked
and contract free). It's an excellent device that might be worth the
extra money.

The T-MO store said they will transfer the sim for free. I have
narrowed it down to the Nokia 521 which costs $144 at the store but I
found it cheaper on Amazon and eBay . I would like to know if this is
a good choice and if anyone has one what they think of it. CNet gave
it good reviews and I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a better
