This was not due to any problem at tgi.com but due to a serious hacker break-in at tgi.com's ISP. The [temp t13] list server ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and the temporary T13 web site (www.tgi.com/t13) are running again. I'm sure Dan will update the web site documents as soon as he has time. And rumors are that the official T13 web site, ftp site and list server (those would be www.t13.org, ftp.t13.org and [EMAIL PROTECTED]) may be back online soon too.
