First, the temporary T13 list server (reflector), [EMAIL PROTECTED], and temporary web site, www.tgi.com/t13, are both back online. However the files at the web site are a few weeks behind. Second, the official T13 web site, www.t13.org, also seems to be back online. However, it is really way out of date.
