in 7.0 branch vte did not compile by default.

I tried to compile pygtk as a 5-job and after that vte
./scripts/Build-Target -cfg honey -job 5-pygtk
./scripts/Build-Target -cfg honey -job 5-vte
now, vte builds just fine, without errors.
I think, pygtk has to be later in the build order?
