Hi all,

due to some other bug (in the HTML and Javascript) of our T2 SDE
custom search engine linking I took the extra time to polish the
custom search not to take away the humble use to the google.com/
universe, but instead use a t2-project.org landing page for the
search results - as a result the user is still able to continue to navigate
the T2 site.

Maybe give it a try:

http://www.t2-project.org/ (top left of any page).

If something is broken with some browser or any other way please
let me know.

Enjoy,
 René

Hi all,

as we did not had a search on the T2 homepage, yet - we thought it's time
to add one and thus added a Google search form to the site.

I hope this is fine for all of you:

  http://www.t2-project.org/startpage/

The form looks best in Firefox and simillar browser, and not yet
perfect in Konqueror (though even quite ok in Safari, ...). As Konqueror
is my primary browser I might be annoyed enough to fix this eventually.
If someone has a tweak for the HTML/CSS I'll happily patch the site :-)

In the meantime our new T2 map received some usability improvements:
the form does no longer submit on the first enter press (this resulted in
quite some halfy filled forms to be submitted, ...) and pressing enter in the
City line now runs the data thru the Google Geolocator ...

We also moved more pins from the former Frappr Flash site over and quite
some new users registered in the meantime. The map is now already quite
nicely populated :-)
