Hi,

just re-install perl from source via T2, like:

cd /usr/src/t2... # or where you placed the T2 sources
./scripts/Emerge-Pkg -deps=none -force perl

I just installed the t2 minimal on my system. I followed the tutorial in the manual, and did a test build. Everything was fine until I got to autoconf. The build failed saying it was missing. I am using the t2-trunk. What is wrong here?

Hard to tell without a log sniplet of the error. If you installed the 7.0.0-rc ISO you just have to update perl as that particular build was missing some files
of perl.
