Hello, I've updated Asterisk from 1.4.18 to 1.4.23.2 with the attached svn trunk diff. This move breaks Zaptel (kernel drivers for interface hardware used in Asterisk) since it has been replaced with DAHDI in the newer versions of Asterisk. I have started on dahdi-linux (the card kernel drivers) and dahdi-tools (the userland control and configuration tools) packages but they are a little trickier since they deal with the kernel.
Yeah - maybe best delay until this is solved.
Perhaps I should wait until the dahdi-* packages are complete and submit again? I'm new here so perhaps my approach is wrong.
I read something about unfound kernel header the other day in IRC scrollback -- those packages probably need to be build while building the linux kernel (postlinux) if they need the compiled kernel source tree around.
