thanks for the note, didn't even spot that when I enabled this FTS3
(full text search) code in the sqlite package that other day.
I'll conditionalize the support code to be enabled only if tcl is
around.

I also got this two, but only on a single of my machines (Apple G4
Cube at home), not on any newer T2 installation. I'll have to dig
into why the file is "sometimes" missing in the build. Any patches
welcome.
