[t2] dnsmasq: postmake hook calling undefined function install_init

Hi all,

I have some trouble building the dnsmasq package. Its .conf file adds a
postmake hook entry. This entry calls "install_init", which seems to be
an undefined function:
scripts/functions.in: line 129: install_init: command not found

Any suggestions?
