Since some month T2 trunk already includes Atom optimization, though we do not differentiate between normal, N, and Z series. We map them to core2, as they include all the instructions, such as SSE2, etc. I have not done benchmarks, but I would expect size optimized binaries to run a little better. We also list some cpuinfo (for the SSE et al. compatibility flags) at the T2 homepage: Atom Z530: http://www.t2-project.org/hardware/portable/Nokia/Booklet-3G/ Atom 330: http://www.t2-project.org/hardware/workstation/Intel/D945GCLF2/ You can try, and best report the results to this list!
