[t2] gcc fails at stage 0

hi,
gcc 4.5 fails building on a 64bit host / crosscompiling
it is clearly missing stubs-32.h as glibc32 is not built at that point 
and this
seems to be related to the multilib behaviour of gcc 4.5.
i am not sure how to fix this but failing at stage 0 is definetly a show 
stopper.
