Hi, 0: toolchain (initial cross compiler) 1: cross build (only important stuff for native builds, or anything for embedded builds) 2-4: just for paranoia minimal native rebuilds 5: the main native build phase 6-8: historically mostly unused 9: rebuild anything, just in case, if enabled
