the *at family of functions, including openat(), are pretty new functions and
not yet available in dietlibc. Packages usually have optional support for those
function and should provide a way to "configure" without *at functions.
Alternatively one could also implement those functions in dietlibc, may be as
simple as some syscall wrappers, ...
