We used to recommend the Advanced Bash scripting guide or what it was called.

Probably of the first parts, Lua is pretty much KISS, and the Config is already
sloooow, without the Lua bits it would be even slooooooooooooower. I'd rather
convert more of the Config to Lua :-)

Ouhm, mostly time :-)I personally would be more interested in Haiku,
DragonflyBSD, Minix, - probably in that order.
