Following post in T2 mailing list mentions a bug in xorg-server compilation:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.t2.devel/4973

I'm having the same problem with the lastest T9 svn-trunk version (couple days
old svn checkout). xorg-server compilation throws following linker errors

xorg-server/hw/xfree86
  ./.libs/libxorg.a(udev.o): In function `device_added':
  udev.c:(.text+0x55): undefined reference to `udev_device_get_devnode'
...and so on other udev undefined references errors...

I'm trying to build "generic Xorg 50-minimal-desktop" target for X86 i686
architecture. I have only disabled few packages which doesn't have anything to
do with Xorg. libudev has been compiled (lib/libudev .a .la and .so files are
there).

I even tried to patch xfree86 Makefile to force -ludev library entry, but then
it throwed other weird errors. However, xorg Makefiles were a bit strange and
to me it looked like that it didnt try to link with udev libraries but I could
be wrong (Makefiles in xorg are a bit complex to understand) .

Does anyone know whether xorg-server and T9 are in work-in-progress state or
should it compile with T2 "generic Xorg desktop" target?

Best regards and thanks in advance,
Mika
