Which third party plugin? With over 3000 packages in the tree there will always
be a combination, or legacy package that maybe be broken in a combination.

pkgconfig was only updated recently, built for me, but I heard it fails for
other in some situations. They will be fixed, sooner or later. You could send a
patch, though, to make this sooner, and the world a better place.
