I have had the same problem if I have done "complete build" with a generic
target or with any customized target (based on generic template in current svn
T2 trunk). I solved this by copying bison binary file from my host system to
the chrooted build directory and proceeding with Build-Target. I couldn't
figure out what was wrong with bison chrooted stage3 compilation. Anyway, bash
failed because configurator threw an error in bison check.
