Hi,

historically you would have a clean tree, and a working copy and run

diff -ur clean workingcopy

Nowadays you should work on an SVN checkout and thus can simply generate 
patches for your modifications using svn:

svn diff the-file-or-sirs

and send the output without whitespace damages, that is all spaces and tabs as 
they are.
