Hi, Running rev 43395. The base/man package 1.6g fails at stage 1 The error was "write outside base dir" at installation. ...that is an awful problem, that I never know what to do about!
Which reminded me, when I was using T2 a year ago, I had the same problem. On that occasion, I rolled back to man 1.6f. I did so again, and it works. However, I notice that my older 1.6f man.desc does not compile in stage-1: [V] 1.6f [P] X --2--5---9 109.000 [D] 1597587326 man-1.6f.tar.gz http://primates.ximian.com/~flucifredi/man/ ...maybe that is the cure, it seems there is no need to compile at stage 1 anyway. So, this is my fix. Rene or any other T2 developer, feel free to apply this fix.
