it actually does not matter at all in which “repository” or “package group” a 
packages resists. This is more or less only for our human location and overview 
reasons (not to have 3000+ packages in one big directory, …).

Actually all qt* packages are in the kde/ group, and from the SVN history I see 
the qt/ group is a “more recent” addition.

Nevertheless, I agree that it may be favorable to group pure qt things in qt/, 
so I moved all the qt* packages into it.
