Hi Barry,

the “dirty” (still filled, not yet used) hook messages are just a friendly 
warning reminder. I do not think the build failes due to that, I guess it 
failed due to:

        sed: can't read config/autoconf.mk: No such file or directory

I did not had the time to check what exactly you are doing in your package 
configuration.
