for you, it has the latest, however the last sparc specific was in 2007 at
https://rpmfind.net/linux/Mandriva/devel/cooker/SRPMS/elftoaout-2.3-6mdv2007.0.src.rpm
it seems that a lot of the sites that had it available no longer exist!
Even clfs doesn't have a real working link. Neither does sunfreeware's
site list it anymore. I suspect that's possibly because of it's age.
You may have to massage the latest with the earlier one's sparc bits to
get it up and running.
It's also suppose to be in sparc-utils from v1.9, but I don't have a
working link to that anywhere.

elftoaout is not in the t2 packages, you need to get it from the source
site (ftp://ultra.linux.cz/OS/Linux/Sparc/local/elftoaout/) as a .tgz
and let the ./scripts/Download command rebuild it.
Something for Rene to add when he has time, considering how many
packages he looks after, there is a very small number missing and he
adds them when someone lets him know about it.
@Rene, I noticed that z/ has zip30.tgz.incomplete in it too.
