Here are 2 utility scripts that I have been using to develop T2 builds on non-T2 hosts. I have used it on Ubuntu 12.04 and 16.04 hosts so far. The first script mk-t2-chroot.sh will take an iso image, and extract a root fs tree. it will pull everything off the iso image, and untar all the packages, because it seems like almost all the packages are needed to do a T2 Build. The 2nd script t2-chroot-setup.sh will init the chroot environment, and start a chroot session. It cleans up it's mount points when you exit the chroot. Please review these and try these out & let me know how they work, and you can make them available as general utilities. In using the chroot environment, I have a slew of patches for the generic minimal build, so I wanted to put these scripts out first, so that you can see what the patches are fixing. regards, Jan
